Our Story
PTG started with a simple idea: players in Tampa Bay deserved better training. Not just drills—real development. The kind that builds technique, confidence, and game intelligence at the same time.
We're based in Land O' Lakes, Lutz, and Odessa, FL, and we train players from age 4 all the way to competitive-level athletes. Whether it's a first touch or an elite 1-on-1 session, every PTG training environment is designed to challenge players and help them love the process of getting better.
Our coaches don't just run drills. They teach. They push. And they care deeply about every player who steps on the field with us.

Founder of Patiño Training Grounds. Josh brings years of competitive playing and coaching experience to every session. His high-energy, demanding style pushes players to reach their full potential while keeping the love of the game at the center of everything.

Avionne brings a wealth of player development expertise to PTG. As Director of Player Development, he shapes the training philosophy and ensures every player—regardless of level—gets the focused attention they need to grow.
